The Wireless Switch concept has many advantages:
- Wireless control of Rolltalk
- Functions can be controlled directly from the switch
- Easier to move Rolltalk between wheelchairs
- Fewer cords give fewer sources of error
- Long battery runtime and a low battery indicator
Direct selection from switch
Functions can be tied to designated switch ports. This may also be useful to those who use the touch screen, because it gives swift and simple access to functions, like answering the phone, open doors or give important messages. A click on the switch can also launch a series of functions, like answer the phone, give a spoken message and go to the right page for further communication through Rolltalk.
Operating by wireless switches
Choose between the single switch ⁄two switches transmitter and a five switch transmitter.
Use the Rolltalk Workshop program to define the function of the different switches. The battery in the wireless transmitter⁄receiver lasts a year, and a message is displayed on the screen when it's time to change the batteries.
Labelling
The package contains labels to describe the function of the switch, and 2 self adhesive overlays for the transmitter that can be reused over and over again.
